Trout with cream

Ingredients
4 trout fish
1 small head of garlic
150 ml sunflower oil
250 ml dry white wine
1 tsp salt
100 g breadcrumbs
juice of 1/2 lemon
250 ml cooking cream
pinch nutmeg
fresh basil leaves
Method
At the bottom of the pan is distributed peeled cloves of garlic, chopped. On them is packed breadcrumbs. Top put clean fish. Sprinkle salt, nutmeg. Trout pour lemon juice, white wine and sunflower oil. Bake in preheated 250 degree oven about 20 minutes. After readily removed and stacked in Plateau. Cooking cream is added to the sauce, which was formed in baking trout. Mix well, then pour the baked fish. At the end of the plateau arrange sliced ​​tomatoes. On tomatoes sprinkled chopped fresh basil.
