Veal fillet gourmet

Ingredients
4 veal chops
1 egg
1/4 cup (50 ml) milk
50 g feta cheese
lemon juice
pepper
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Crushed steaks are lightly salting, sprinkle with pepper and lemon juice, dip in egg beaten with milk and grated feta cheese, and fried in sunflower oil heated to pinking.
