Veal rolls

Ingredients
4 beef steaks ham
30 g butter
3/4 cup (150 ml) broth
1/2 lemon
pepper
salt
Method
Chops are crushed, add salt and pepper, wrap in rolls and tied with white thread. Fry from all sides in butter, add the broth on each roll is placed piece peeled lemon and baked under a blanket in a moderate oven until soft (about 1 hour). Stitches are removed and serve.
