Vegan bean soup with sorrel

Ingredients
1/2 cup beans
1 onion (1-2 sprigs fresh)
1 dry red pepper (or baked)
salt
sorrel
mint
optional little garlic (cloves or fresh)

Method
Clean and wash beans soak in the evening cold water. The next day, discarding the water, pour new as cover 1-2 finger beans and boil for 10-15 minutes. Is ejected, rinse the beans and pour cold water. Simmer until tender, along with dry pepper. Add chopped onion (optional 1 small can, finely grated carrot) and clean skin of pepper (or roast). Boil about 10 minutes, then add chopped sorrel. After 5-6 minutes, remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped mint. Serve can add a little crushed garlic or roasted and crushed chili pepper.
