Vegetable meatballs stuffed with eggs

Ingredients
750 g potatoes
1 egg
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
5-7 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 tsp paprika
# For the filling:
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 bunch spring onions
3 tbsp yogurt
salt, pepper
Method
Wash the potatoes, peel them boil in salted water. Blend them. Beat in the egg potatoes, add the flour, spices and dough. Roll it with 1 cm thick and cut it into squares. Chopped onion and eggs. Add yogurt, tamper to taste with salt and pepper and stir. Put on boxes of potato dough filling, wrapping carefully, pinch the edges very well. Oval stuffed meatballs in bread crumbs. Heating up a little sunflower oil in the pan and fry the meatballs until golden.

is certainly an interesting recipe, and it sounds very tasty. I just want to ask 2-3 cups flour Is two-thirds cups.
