Vegetable soup with cheese

Ingredients
4 tomatoes
4 potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
1 ikvichka
100 g peas
50 g rice
100 g grated cheese
2 cloves garlic
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 sticks celery
salt
pepper
Method
Onions and garlic finely and fry in sunflower oil. Add the chopped carrots, celery, tomato and broth dissolved in 2 liters of water. Add salt and sprinkle with pepper. After boiling let simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. Put the washed rice and diced potatoes, shortly after they add peas and zucchini, scraped and cut into cubes. As is ready, pour in the soup tureen, add the cheese and serve immediately.
