Vine vegan dolmas - Oriental

1 jar vine dolmas
1 cup milled rice
6-7 mushrooms
2 carrots
100 raisins
200 g tin of peeled tomatoes
1/2 onion
4-5 cloves garlic
parsley and dill
2 cubes vegetable broth
pepper, salt, paprika, chili, cinnamon, saffron, sumac, thyme
sunflower oil
1 lemon
1 yolk
400 ml yogurt
3 tbsp flour
5-6 olives

Cut all vegetables in small pieces and fry them consistently - onion and garlic, carrots , mushrooms, tomato canning not take the sauce, only cubes tomatoes fry. Add olives (pitted) and half raisins. Once everything fried add pre wash the rice and counterfeiting. Dolly 1 cup water and leave over low heat until the water evaporates. Once the mixture is ready sprinkle with parsley and dill and squeeze half a lemon. Turn the dolmas and each completed order pour a little tomato sauce, salt, a little crushed bouillon, lemon slices and raisins. Pour in water enough to cover the dolmas and pounded with a plate. Leave on low heat for about 45 minutes Sauce prepare 100 ml boiled salted water to a quarter of broth and add it to the beaten yolk in 400 ml yogurt and 3 tbsp flour, add dill and parsley and stir over low heat to thicken.
