Ingredients
4 carrots
100 g walnuts
2 cloves garlic
250 g mayonnaise
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
Method
Carrots are cleaned, washed and grated. Place in a deep dish with crushed larger pieces of walnuts. Peel the garlic, pressed and also added to the carrots. Salt to taste, add mayonnaise and mix well. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
