Walnut layered cake with chocolate icing

Ingredients
4 eggs
250 g sugar
200 g flour
75 g ground walnuts
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
# For the cream, Sirpa and glaze:
300 ml milk
125 g butter
350 g sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
1 vanilla
4 tbsp starch
300 g cooking chocolate
Method
Beat to foam eggs with sugar. To these are added 10 tbsp hot water. Flour mixed with the baking powder was sieved and added to the egg mixture. Were added and ground walnuts and the mixture was stirred well. The resulting mixture is distributed in three equal parts, which will bake the bases. In a baking dish, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour, place the base, which is baked in a moderate oven. Cool and removed and the procedure is repeated for the other two the base. Cream is prepared by boiled milk and to this was added 250 g of sugar. Pre fuzzy 4 tbsp cold water starch and cocoa are added in a thin stream to the milk while stirring. Thus obtained cream is removed from the heat and stir in the butter and vanilla. Prepare syrup 5 tbsp of caramelized sugar and 1 cup water. Cake ranks as placing first base to base. The base is syrup with 1/3 of the syrup. It is the difference between the temperature of the syrup and the base is very large, in order better to syrup. Spread with half the cream. Place the next base and repeat the procedure. Place third base and syrupy. Water bath melts the chocolate and the resulting glaze flush cakes.
