Walnut layered cake with coffee

Ingredients
# For the base:
7 egg whites
300 g sugar
350 g ground walnuts
# For the cream:
3 tsp instant coffee
7 yolks
300 g sugar
350 g butter
Method
Whip snow. Sugar was added by little and stirring was continued until the mixture thickens. Add and the walnuts. Mix carefully. The mixture is divided into 5 parts (boards), which are baked separately in a baking dish, covered with paper and spread with butter. Bake in a moderate oven. For the cream sugar and 100 ml water Boil syrup. Add instant coffee and egg yolks. Stir well and allow the mixture to cool. Stir the butter foam and to this was added a mixture cool. Carefully stick boards cream. Spread cake with cream top and garnish optional.
