Roll out the dough, sprinkle with plenty of sugar, chopped walnuts on top and turns roll. Cut the ends of the roll, and sewn. The cut pieces were used as roses end. With sharp scissors cut the roll into equal parts, but not the end, and one piece is transferred to the other side, the other remains on the same side. Finally, cut pieces are put in the middle. Dab with beaten egg or yolk, dusted with sugar and bake. becomes tangled with brioche dough.
