Wild Duck Hungarian

Ingredients
1 wild duck
200 g sour cream
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
1 carrot
piece of celery
1 sprig parsley
1 onion
lemon juice or vinegar
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned duck add salt and sprinkle with black pepper inside and out, place in baking pan, pour water, add lemon juice (vinegar), the chopped onion and vegetables and stew under lid until soft. When the sauce has evaporated and the duck is fried on both sides, vegetables are removed and pressed. Add caramel (made from sugar), wine, cream and boil a little.
