Winter soup balls

1/3 stalk leek
1 carrot
150 g beetroot
2 potatoes
100-150 g sauerkraut
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 bay leaf
500 ml cabbage soup
250 g minced meat
parsley for sprinkling
flour for rolling the balls of
1 ball vermicelli
# For soup thickenerta:
egg 1
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp flour
Chopped leek, carrots and cabbage fried in the oil for about 5 minutes. Add 1.5 liters of water. While boiled, cut into medium-sized pieces potatoes and beet. Shape and the balls of minced meat rolled in flour (can be used for mince flavored BBQ, if not seasoned, spiced with a pinch of cumin and savory). Balls, potatoes and beets are added to the boiling water. Cook for about 15 minutes to poluomekvane. Add cabbage soup and bay leaf. After softening of all products, add noodles, simmer for 5 minutes, remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley. Optional can add salt and pepper. Boiled soup thickener: In a small bowl or metal bowl mix the egg, add the yogurt and flour and dorazsheetva to a homogeneous mixture. With constant stirring gradually adding of finished hot soup (broth only) 4-5 ladle. Put it on low heat to thicken and boil. With constant stirring soup thickenerta is added to the soup. * The same soup can be prepared and ready roasted chicken on grill, left us the night before instead of marbles. In this case, the chicken pieces were added together with cabbage juice.
