Wreath with eggplant meatballs

Ingredients
200-300 g of minced meatballs
2 eggplants
salt
Method
Eggplant Peel and their incisions, but not to the end. Add salt and leave to stand for about half an hour. Of minced meat form meatballs, rolled and arranged in slices of eggplant. Both eggplant shape as a crown and baked in a moderate oven.
