Zucchini with bacon and cheese

3-4 zucchini
300-400 g bacon
200-250 g cheese

Each pumpkin is cut into 4 lengthwise. The pieces are blanched in a little salted water. Then each piece is screwed with thin slices of bacon. Put them in the pan, greased with butter or sunflower oil, sprinkle with cheese and baked in a preheated oven. Instead blanched, courgettes may slightly braised.

Just, I started on this recipe, and subsequently decided to improvise, as I added more vegetables and get a different final finished dish, which I do not differ with excellent taste.

Very nice recipe. It's quick and very tasty. I used straight raw zucchini because my pieces were small and did not have a pre-heat treatment. Put pictures.
