Zucchini gratin with bacon

Ingredients
1 kg zucchini
150 g smoked bacon
250 g sunflower oil
4 cloves garlic
3 onions
250 g canned tomatoes
1 bunch parsley
100 g feta cheese Gruyere
black pepper, salt

Method
Wash the courgettes and cut into slices lengthwise. If courgettes are large and are cut in two across. Slightly salted and left to drain. Bacon cut into small cubes and fry gently in 2 tbsp sunflower oil, remove and set aside. At the same sunflower oil fry until golden sliced ​​onions, then remove and set aside. Add the remaining sunflower oil and fry it until golden zucchini. Press the garlic and add to the tomatoes with chopped herbs. In suitable refractory form are arranged in layers zucchini, bacon and tomato sauce. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Top sprinkle with grated feta cheese. Bake at 250C for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
