Method
Ham cut into pieces 3x5 cm. Spread thinly with mustard and lightly fry in the butter. Cut the tomatoes into slices and seasoned with salt and pepper. In the same oil fry lightly on both sides. On the plate Fan lining ham, tomatoes, ham, tomatoes, ham. Garnish with fried potatoes and parsley.
