Ingredients
3 chicken breasts
200 g bacon
1 onion
100 ml cream
2 eggs
30 g butter
500 g puff pastry
salt
pepper
Method
In the butter fry diced chicken and bacon. Add onion, sliced and tender when put beaten eggs, giving a yolk spreads, cream, salt and pepper. Stir over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped parsley. puff pastry is divided into two leaves, using a knife to form the shape of a heart. The first sheet is placed in an oiled tray, top distributed filling, leaving 2 cm ends. Cover with a second sheet, the edges are superimposing and pressed by means of a fork. Smeared with broken yolk and pricked with a fork, for steam to escape. Put it in a preheated 210 C oven and bake about 30 minutes.
