Panagurski Eggs with toast

Ingredients
3 tbsp sunflower oil
100 g feta cheese
pinch of salt, 1 tsp paprika
4 eggs
2-3 drops of vinegar
1 onion
Method
Chopped onion fry in the oil. Sprinkle be crumbled feta cheese and stew until melted. Add the red pepper. Pour 1 cup hot water, salt and vinegar. When you boil bruised eggs one by one. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Serve with toasted slices with butter and garlic.
