Ingredients
1 zucchini
500 g minced meat (seasoned or BBQ)
salt, pepper
sunflower oil
200 g mayonnaise
cheese optional

Method
Peel zucchini and cut into thick wheels about 1 1.5 cm. The core is cut. Circles are placed in a greased tray. In the scoop is placed from minced meat, dab with mayonnaise and bake for 25-30 minutes at 220 C. Optional can then sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven just to melt.
