Juicy walnut muffins

Ingredients
# For the biscuit dough:
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 level tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ammonia soda
3 eggs
3/4 cup sunflower oil
zest of lemon
flour as necessary to obtain a soft dough
# For the filling:
breadcrumbs, chopped walnuts, sugar, grated rind of lemon and / or vanilla
Method
Blended into a soft dough of the products. Roll out and cut into triangles or another of your choice. Place the filling and wound rolls. Spread top with egg and sprinkle with sugar, sesame or poppy seeds and bake. For the filling 1 cup chopped walnuts, add 1 tbsp breadcrumbs and 1 cup sugar. All mix well, pour in water to form a not very thick syrup and stir continuously stove on low heat until thickened. Ready to cool.
