Stuffed peppers

Ingredients
1 kg chillies type bell peppers
500 ml vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup salt
1/2 cup water
400 g cabbage
2 carrots
aspirin

Method
Peppers cleaned of seminal part with blade peeler. Grated carrots, cabbage also, but it can be cut into very small pieces. Stir well cabbage and carrots and filled chushletata. Arrange in jars, each compote jar (800 ml) were put in two crushed aspirin. In a saucepan put the vinegar, water, salt and sugar and leave stove heated until molten salt and sugar. Allow to cool marinade and fill the jars. Anyone can change the quantity of products depending on what he likes more sour, savory, carrots or cabbage more.
