Wolf seeds

Ingredients
800 g minced meat
100 g cheese
100 g feta cheese
1 slice of white bread without crust
1 kg canned tomatoes
2 small onions
about 10 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper, rosemary
1 tbsp honey or sugar
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
150-200 g black olives
2 tbsp starch or flour

Method
The feta cheese and the cheese grater grate finely, the onion cut into small pieces. Minced meat is kneaded together with them and other products, such as bread soaked in about 200 ml water, squeezed and crushed into small pieces. Place the saucepan with water - about 700 ml to boil by putting salt. Formed into small meatballs - the walnut. Placed in boiled water as to be blanched and remove with a grid or a colander. The broth is filtered and returned to the pot. Strain the tomatoes with onion and garlic and add to the broth. Add the olives, the oil and sugar. Once the sauce boil return meatballs. Add a sprig of rosemary. The dish simmer for half an hour. Season with ground black pepper. The sauce thickens with fuzzy in water starch or flour.
