1 kg puff pastry
2 skinless sausages
margarine
4 onions
paprika, turmeric, savory

Method
Chopped onion fry until is tender. Add chopped wheels skinless sausages and spices, fry again for a few minutes. Puff dough spread, smeared with margarine and distributed filling. Wound on a roll, which is cut at a distance of 3-4 cm. Pieces turn in the tray as stumps, which again smeared with margarine and bake in a preheated 200 ° C oven.

The recipe is very easy and interesting, I just want to ask can you omit margarine, because for my taste I think I'll come very greasy. Puff dough is oily, then as fry stuffing, there are greasy and finally margarine.

And I think that there is no need for margarine. Puff dough is rich enough to add more fat.

You Decide. Basically put margarine to get golden puff dough, but can do without it.

In the original recipe sausage what use? (In the name implies, it is Italian, although turmeric, savory and not fit to name, but ask).
