Salad with crackers

Ingredients
150-200 g crackers, savory
150-200 g of canned fish
4-5 eggs
400 g mayonnaise
2-3 scallions
150 g cheese
parsley for decoration

Method
Boil the eggs, separated whites from the yolks, whites are grated and mixed with 100 g of mayonnaise. Fish is broken in small pieces and mixed well with 100 g of mayonnaise. In a suitable dish rank crackers. Then from the whites with mayonnaise, crackers again on them from the fish with mayonnaise, then chopped onions and crackers again. On them put the grated cheese mixed well with 100 g of mayonnaise. Again crackers covered with the remaining 100 g of mayonnaise, grate yolks on top and garnish with dill on top and sides. Leave the jar sit at least 2 hours to allow crackers to soften.

Comments

I would replace the layers so that the top be crackers. And I sprinkle them just before serving, just to have crispy. I think that this salad would be much more original taste and feel.
