Baklava Little Snails with filo pastry

Ingredients
6 eggs
1/2 cube of yeast, a pinch of salt
flour
butter
# For the filling:
cinnamon
walnuts
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar
2 cup water
1 vanilla
Method
Yeast is dissolved in 200 ml water. Involved soft dough and divided into balls. The buns are rolled, brushed generously with oil, sprinkle with cinnamon and walnuts and roll. Is cut into slices with a thickness of 1.5-2 cm and are arranged lying in a greased tray. Bake in a moderate oven and cool flooded with hot syrup.

It was a sweet, aromatic and delicious. Only that baklava is very little syrup. More like a slightly syrupy brioche buns. Dough took about 800 grams. flour. I made it with margarine, go okolo150gr. All home liked it. Thanks for the recipe.
