Ingredients
1 kg of flour
40 g yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
200 g feta cheese
# spreads:
1 egg
20 g butter

Method
Mix yeast , sugar and 500 ml lukewarm water and leave for 10 minutes to rise yeast. Is then added to other products. Messi soft dough, which beat 100 times in the counter, put it in the tray and leave to rise for 30 minutes. Once ready, is divided into 16 balls, each of which is stretched a circle with a diameter of 30 cm, dab with sunflower oil and sprinkle with feta cheese. Wound on a roll and tied the knot. Reddy large tray previously coated with a small amount of oil (or 2 small) and allowed to rise for another 30 minutes. Smeared with egg and bake at 200 C for 30 minutes. Once roasted, smear with butter and cover with a towel to smother.

Beginner little hard to keep up with this recipe

your success is always guaranteed and looks pretty spectacular with some products pass masters in the kitchen! And as a mother-and enjoy it! ha ha

I am not a fan of this beating in counter. Will do just kneading. :)

Otherwise look very appetizing.

In fact, the recipe is much easier than it sounds. I call it lazy cheese cake and this is one of my favorite things at home. I can only clarify that goes less than kg flour.

And I think that is something between cake, cheese cake and mesenitsa ... but it looks appetizing!
