Ingredients
200 g pork or pork jar
3 potatoes
1 onion
spices of your choice
parsley

Method
Potatoes cut into cubes and lightly fried with onions. Pour into the baking pan, add the meat, make up with water, add spices and bake. Finally, sprinkle with parsley.

Nevi, people in the villages that do not have freezers to preserve meat in jars. My grandmother also preserved it so.
