Fried chocolate balls

Ingredients
100 g chocolate
60 ml cream
1 tbsp cocoa
# breading:
1 egg
160 g flour
200 ml milk
pinch of salt
sunflower oil for frying
10 g baking powder (1 packet)

Method
Chocolate is broken and together with the cream melts. The mixture was allowed to cool but not to solidify. There are also small piles - the nut (using a spoon) and leave in the fridge to firm. From the egg, milk, flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt a mix breading with cakes density. Hardened chocolate balls are immersed in the mixture to batter and fry for 3-4 seconds on each side in hot sunflower oil. Works very quickly, so as not to melt the chocolate. Remove them on kitchen paper and serve hot, sprinkled with cocoa.
