Moussaka with melted cheese

Ingredients
250 g minced meat - a mixture
3 potatoes
carrots 1
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 cube chicken broth
1/2 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp dry vegetable seasoning
leek
3 cloves garlic
# For sprinkling:
3 tbsp sour cream
100 g processed cheese
cheese 50 g

Method
Leeks and garlic finely and with carrot, cut into cubes, fry in a deep dish with the oil for about 3-4 minutes. Add the potatoes, cut into cubes and 1 cup water. Minced meat was mixed with 1 cup of water and a thick paste was added to the vegetables and spices are added. Make up water to the level of the products, but not to cover them. Boil 10 minutes on low heat. Turn into a pan with a diameter of 25 cm (do not get very thick, up to 2 cm). Bake in preheated moderate oven after about 10 minutes uniformly smeared with cream and grated cheese and processed cheese. Bake until the cheese plate. Cheese grate before fully boil dry water.
