Healthy spinach sandwich

Ingredients
500 g fresh spinach
200 g cottage cheese
5 eggs
200 g yogurt - 0.1% fat
200 g of milk - 0.1% fat
100 g flour type
200 g cornmeal
50 g rice
50 g green onions
100 g carrots
50 ml sunflower oil
1 tsp baking soda
salt

Method
Spinach is blanched in salted water 5 minutes, drained, chopped in small pieces and stew in the oil, together with chopped onion and grated carrot. After softening of the carrot, the stove off and add to the mix the rice and the cottage cheese. When the filling has cooled down, add an egg. The remaining 4 eggs beat with both types of flour, two types of milk and soda. The mixture should be slightly thicker than pancake. Heat the oven to 200 C. The bottom of a rectangular baking dish 26h38 cm covered with baking paper and pour over it 1/2 of the mixture. Bake until almost be (to dry but not browned), then it is put spinach stuffing, which is flooded with half pancake mixture. Bake until browned. Cut into 32 pieces. * In the mixture of the bases can add 4 tbsp sunflower oil or butter and salt. In the stuffing can put feta cheese or shredded cheese. Flour can type 500, but then there is diet.
