Salmon with fresh feta cheese and herbs

Ingredients
500 g salmon fillet
300 g fresh feta cheese - cream or other Philadelphia
1-2 tbsp ground pureed herbs
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1 sheet puff pastry - 400 g
salt, pepper

Method
Heat the oven to 180-190 C. sheet puff pastry spread and pricked with a fork. Tenderloin is cut into large blocks and put in the middle of the sheet length. Mix the feta cheese with mashed spices, salt and pepper, and strained clove of garlic and grated onion. Put it over the salmon. Sheet puff pastry is wrapped on both sides to the middle, you do not need to advocate much. Pricked with a fork and bake until brown, about 20-25 minutes. * Can be used and feta cheese, which is already herbs. Then seasoned with black pepper. * For they love - in the feta cheese can be mixed a red chili pepper, cut into fine julienne.
