1 large zucchini
4-5 tbsp flour
1-2 tbsp milk (you can without it)
salt or other spices to taste

Zucchini cut into circles with a thickness of 5-7 mm and cut the flesh. Grate, add egg, milk, flour, salt and mix well. The outer part of the add some zucchini in flour and fry in hot sunflower oil. In the middle is placed 1-2 spoons of the mixture. When the dough is tight, turn and fry the other side. Serve with garlic sauce or another of your choice, sprinkled with dill or parsley.
