Liver marinated in milk

Ingredients
1 kg pork liver
1 stalk leek
2 red peppers
1 cube mushroom broth
salt, savory
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 cup milk

Method
The liver is cut into not too small pieces in a bowl and pour the milk. Allow to stand at least 2 hours in refrigerator. Leeks and peppers finely. Drained liver of milk, washed and placed in a pan with the oil, add other products and pour 1 cup water. Bake in the preheated oven, until firing of the liver and springs of water. Can be given 1-2 times when constipated nice top.

Very good recipe and easy to prepare. Marinate thus liver becomes very tasty for frying or a batter. Surely try the recipe.

To put the milk and juice of one lemon

Very nice recipe I added a little bacon. Easy to prepare.
