Lasagna rolls of

Ingredients
250 g sheet for lasagna
2 courgettes
150 g feta cheese
1/2 cup ground walnuts
3-4 tomatoes
1 sprig fresh garlic
1 tbsp oregano
2 sprigs fresh basil
oil
salt
flour for rolling
50 g feta cheese Parmesan

Method
Courgettes cut lengthwise. Roll in flour and fried in preheated oil. Pan boil lasagna in boiling salted water. Once they are ready, remove them one by one. On each crust put in zucchini, sprinkle with grated feta cheese and finally with walnuts. Turn tight rolls and arrange on a plate service. So proceed with all the sheets. Sauce fried fresh tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and walnuts and serve warm. sauce, diced tomatoes and garlic finely. Fry the tomatoes and garlic in heated olive oil, add oregano and fry 7-8 minutes. Add salt, stir and remove from fire. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.
