Mexican salad - II type

Ingredients
500 g of boiled beans salad
5-6 pickles
100 g of canned sweet corn
1 onion
olive oil, vinegar, salt, mint

Method
To add the drained beans corn , chopped cucumbers and onions. Olive oil, vinegar, salt and mint is broken down well with them pour the salad. Put it in the refrigerator to stand for 1-2 hours. Optional instead of olive oil can be put 3 tbsp mayonnaise.

seems to me a delicious

Today I made this salad for Valentine's Day my husband. I put two kinds of salad beans - white and red. Supplement it with 100 grams. chickpeas, 5 roasted red peppers, cut into pieces, parsley and celery. Decked with olives.

Big salad for Andreev day!
