Stuffed pork chop

1 big fat steak
1 boiled egg
50 g of boiled peas
50 g processed cheese or cream cheese
50 g of salami
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp soy sauce
spices of your choice
1-2 tbsp breadcrumbs
ready mashed potatoes for garnish

Make a deep cut into the steak to get as pocket, taking care not to cut through the bottom. Make a stuffing the eggs cut into in small pieces with salami, add peas, processed cheese and mix with mayonnaise. Steak smeared with plenty of soy sauce and spices and fill the pocket with stuffing. Hole is best slightly sew with thread, I had the time and put toothpicks. By sew steak lightly add some breadcrumbs in and lightly fry in oil on both sides. Then put it in a small pan with a little water and bake until ready. Garnish with ready mashed potatoes and olives.

The recipe is very nice, just worried that if you put all this stuffing in a steak will leak. Perhaps stuffing is intended for more servings.
