Potato soup with mayonnaise

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
200 g mayonnaise
200 g feta cheese
1 carrot
vermicelli
3 tbsp sunflower oil
bouillon cube of your choice
salt
Method
Peeled and diced potatoes fried with a little sunflower oil in a saucepan. To them add the chopped carrot. Stew until completely soft. Make up water and add the broth. Add noodles and soup boil for several minutes. In a fireproof container put the mayonnaise and the feta cheese and the mixture was passaged. Add broth soup. This mixture is mixed with the downloaded from the heat soup. Add spices and salt optional.
