Vegetable cheese cubes with Galin

Ingredients
about 1 kg potatoes
about 250-300 g mushrooms
150 g cheese
100 g (3-4 cucumbers) Pickles
about 50 ml fresh milk
50-100 g butter
1 vegetable stock cube
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 tsp curry (2 pinches)
pepper, savory, oregano, cumin
Method
Peel the potatoes and wash them. Cut them into cubes (like for moussaka). Take the mushrooms, wash them and cut them into large cubes also. Pickles - cut into small cubes. Grate cheese in large pieces and add it to other products. Put the butter in a tall glass, suitable for the microwave. Add it to the 2 bouillon cubes - beef and vegetable. Put in the microwave for about 30 seconds, until melted the butter. Stir to allow the cubes to dissolve. Add milk and re-insert in the microwave. This time, leave only 15-ish seconds. Pour over vegetables. Add spices. Stir and bake at 200 C. It is advisable to use glass tray with a lid. So you can watch when the dish is ready. If you do not use aluminum foil, to turn ordinary tray - bake with fthe oil for about 30 minutes, then remove fthe oil and leave to doizpeche for about 5-10 minutes.
