Ingredients
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
10 g baking powder
1 cup ground walnuts
125 g butter
1 pineapple compote (500 g at least)
3 tbsp coconut
rind of 1 lemon

Method
2 egg whites aside. Beat eggs with sugar, add the flour, baking powder, lemon peel, the walnuts and coconut, stirring constantly. In a round baking dish or cake cutter put the butter, top rank drained pineapple and put on one cherry in the holes. Pour the mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 180 C to mode. Turns and while it is hot pour the juice compote. Beat egg whites with 1 tbsp sugar and a few drops of lemon snow. Spread on pie and embellishes optional. Leave in the refrigerator to absorb the syrup.
