Dumplings with plums or apricots

1 kg potatoes
500 g plums or apricots
350 g flour
130 g butter or margarine
100 g breadcrumbs
powdered sugar
Peel the potatoes, washed, diced and cooked. Finished potato smash and allowed to cool. Plums or apricots are washed and removed stones. In a large pot boil 5 liters of water. To potatoes add the flour, butter and a pinch of salt. The mixture was stirred and the dough is spread on floured surface to a thickness of about 5 mm. Cut into squares 6x6 cm. In the middle of each square is placed in a plum or apricot and add a pinch of cinnamon. The edges of the boxes are collected and between palms to form balls. The fruit must be completely covered by dough. Half of the so formed pellets are placed carefully in the boiling water. Having come to the surface of the water is boiled for 3 to 5 minutes. Part of the butter used for browning of breadcrumbs. After removing the dumplings from the water, they are drained and rolled in fried breadcrumbs. Boiled and the second portion of dumplings and prepare the same way.
