Pickled vegetables BBQ

Ingredients
2 eggplants
2 courgettes
200 g mushrooms
2-3 onions
# For the marinade:
2-3 cloves garlic
2-3 green onions
8-10 twigs parsley
2 branches oregano
1 bay leaf
rosemary
6-7 tbsp olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
salt, pepper

Method
Marinara is prepared by putting all the products without the bay leaf and rosemary in a blender until they are pureed (and can be passaged). And add the bay leaf and rosemary. Leave for half an hour in the refrigerator in a bowl with a lid, to balance odors. Eggplants and courgettes cut into slices, onion in half and leave the mushrooms whole. Immersed in the marinade and stay for 1 hour. Then bake BBQ, as mushrooms do not turn to them not expire sauce.

Marinara is extremely successful :) I tried with onions and zucchini on the grill. Will do most regularly, will add mushrooms and eggplants can and flat grill to do them. Very tasty!

tried and carrot, pepper and mushrooms except courgettes and onions. The taste is exceptional. :)

nelale, I think the problem with the hardness of the carrot will decide if it previously scalded, or if you cut the carrots into thin slices to be able to bake evenly and well. :)

dish is great! All were fascinated! Try it! P. P One serving of vegetables stay in the marinade overnight and the next day the vegetables become more aromatic and juicy!

I totally agree, I'm a big fan. Zlatina thank for the great recipe. :) I used to do a double dose marinade and put plenty of vegetables and then within two days to sweep them.

are great - I have not done exactly this marinade, but summer'm a big fan and I make them at least once a week - on the grill pan. But ask nelale - one of the pictures look very shiny vegetables - after you put them izpechesh their extra fat? On carrot - it can not soften as other vegetables, remains always slightly crunchy, and onions so I guess it works. Tonight will try onions - I have never put it in.

Do not put grease after baking. Onions and courgettes are my most delicious prepared in this way. :)
