Bi cake with peaches

Ingredients
200 g yogurt
230 g flour
50 g wheat starch
4 eggs
170 g sugar
70 g soft malso
10 g baking powder
40 g of finely ground almonds
3 peaches
20 g cocoa
Method
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with 70 g of sugar. Add the yogurt and the butter. Sift flour with baking powder and wheat starch and add to mixture. Separately, beat egg whites with the remaining sugar on hard snow. And add them as a mix gently with a spoon and add the almonds and two peaches cut into small cubes. Take a small portion of the mixture and add to it the cocoa to the color. Grease a baking dish with a diameter of 22-24 cm with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour mixture white and dark top. With the handle of a spoon gently stir the two mixtures. Top among others peach cut into thin slices. Place in preheated oven and bake at 175S 50-60 minutes.

Now try it. Not bad, but I think its sugar may increase. Narasih peaches with cinnamon. I was a little humid, but will eat :)
