Shortcake with vegan cookie dough and peaches

Ingredients
# For the dough:
2-2 and 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup hot water
pinch of salt
# For the filling:
2-3 peaches
1-2 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
fine oatmeal - optional
For sprinkling or painting - of your choice:
plain or brown sugar crystals;
powdered sugar;
honey or jam thinned with a little milk

Method
Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt. Fill the glass halfway with sunflower oil and supplemented with hot water. Stir, gradually pour in the flour and knead the dough spoon. Allow to rest for about half an hour. Roll out the dough to a circle with a diameter of about 40 cm and put in a buttered baking dish with a diameter of 20-24 cm. Can put baking paper or use a teflon pan, then do not namaslyava. The peaches are cut into slices thick optional. Distributed in circles in the middle of the dough and sprinkle with sugar (I sprinkled with a little fine oatmeal). Without stuffing remains about 4 fingers width at the end of the dough. tillia Thanks for the recipe, well received. I thought that stuffing will dilute the dough, but bake wonderful. Another time I do I would put more fruit, this time I put less than what is written in the recipe.
