Salad of roasted peppers and white sauce with walnuts

Ingredients
1 kg red peppers peppers
5-6 cloves garlic
400 g mayonnaise
100 g yogurt 2%
5 walnuts
1 tsp salt
Method
Peppers baked in the oven peel and cut. Add mayonnaise mixed well yogurt and salt. Add garlic cloves, which are crushed in a mortar along with the walnuts.
