Cream soup with cabbage and potatoes

Ingredients
2 onions
200 g fresh cabbage
5-6 potatoes
2 carrots
2 red peppers bell peppers
celery - leaves
pepper, salt
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
croutons
Method
Onions, cabbage, potatoes, carrots and sweet bell peppers cut into large pieces. Put them in boiling water and cook until soft with the salt and the oil. Celery added 2-3 minutes before you remove the soup from the heat. Blend in blender. Serve with bread croutons and sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
