Dried fruits

Ingredients
500 g dried fruit (plums, apples, apricots, cherries)
100 g of honey or 100 g sugar

Method
Dried fruits are washed well and soaked in cold water for about 12 hours, after which the fruits are removed and the liquid in which they infuse, strain through a thick sieve and pour it over the fruit and cook to soften them, then as dried fruit to add honey or sugar. Compost is left in the pan until cool, then put in a deep glass or porcelain bowl.
