300 g of cheese
50 g butter
1 cup milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Method
Cheese is cleaned from the sheet and grate cheese grater in large pieces. The flour is mixed with milk and eggs and add to the grated cheese and black pepper. The mixture is well mixed, pour into pan with the melted butter and pre-bake in the oven at moderate temperatures. The appetizer is served warm, cut into pieces.
