Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar
500 g yogurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
3/4 cup sunflower oil
2 cup flour
2-3 tsp cocoa
pinch of salt
# For the cream:
1 yolk
1/3 cup powdered sugar
65 g butter
1 vanilla
Method
Beat milk with sugar and baking soda. Add cocoa, flour and salt and mix. Pour the mixture in a buttered baking dish and bake in a preheated oven. After cooling smeared with cream and left in the refrigerator for several hours.
