800 g pork shoulder
4 onions
3 carrots
100 g per celery
1 kg potatoes
300-350 ml sunflower oil
3 tbsp homemade ketchup or 8 tbsp tomato juice
1 head of garlic
1/3 cup red wine
seasoning for pork of your choice
3-4 tbsp flour
parsley, white oregano, mint, savory

Method
Cut the shoulder in slices with a thickness of 2 cm 1. Season with seasoning for meat. Allow the meat to absorb seasonings. Roll in flour and fry on both sides until golden. Place the bottom of the pot for slow cooking (Slow cooker). Cut carrots and celery head slices and onion in large pieces. Simmer for 10 minutes in the fat in which you fried meat. On the meat in the pot Slow cooker insert peeled and sliced (thickness - 1 cm) potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and some spices (parsley and mint and chop finely). Pour Carrot-onion mixture on top with the sauce which is choking. Sprinkle with remaining spices and garlic cloves. Dissolve in 1 cup ketchup water, add red wine and pour in Slow cooker pot. If necessary, you can add a little more water, but the products should not be covered with liquid. Turn to high temperatures (HIGH) Slow cooker pan and replace the lid. Cook for 6-7 hours without lifting the lid. If you place the middle (Medium) cooking time is extended. * Considering that Slow cooker pot fluid is maintained until the end of cooking, do not pour a lot of liquid - it will not turn aside. If there are vegetables that put more juice, reduce the amount of added liquid. * It is recommended that the products which are required to be prepared for a long time to put in the bottom of the pot. All products juices are retained. * On Low cook rice - it slowly swells. and ceramic casseroles works for this recipe. Even top bake. The idea of tenzherata slow cooking vegetables is to put raw and the temperature is not raised much so as not to destroy the nutrients in them and remain in the sauce. When you put raw vegetables cooking time increases.
